Happy 19th birthday to Matthew.
3 1/2 weeks till you leave.
I thought this day would be a long time in coming.
Apparently I was wrong, because it is here.
I have loved getting to know you and I am going to miss you, but know that you are going where you need to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing.
I am so proud of the man you have become.
Love you son.
But I am still going to miss you.

I can't even imagine one my sons turning 19. But I know it will happen before I even realize it.
