Mango Salsa:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and finely diced
2 ripe mangos, peeled and finely diced
2 kiwis, peeled and finely diced
2 limes
- Hull strawberries
- Finely dice strawberries, mango and kiwi
- Zest lime to measure 2 tsp. zest
- Juice limes to measure 2 TBSP juice
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime zest, juice, strawberries, mango and kiwi; stir gently
- Serve with Cinnamon tortilla chips.
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Flour tortillas
1 TBSP granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400* F Lightly sprinkle water on tortillas. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely. Serve with Mango Salsa

Ooooh. Those sound good! I may have to make them to go with my sweet pulled pork tacos tonight.
We had pulled pork last night! These are soooo yummy. We are also making velveeta cheesy chili dip, fried corn tortilla chips, Picco De Gallo and guacamole.
