Halloween project

I wanted some new Halloween decor.  I saw this on Pintrest and loved it. 

I had this

and this

in my craft stash for a couple of years and had no idea what to do with it.  Last week I went with the marching to a competition.  I had 2 hours in the car (both ways but it was dark coming home). I figured I could do something with that time.  So while the band was practicing before we hooked up the trailer and pulled out, I cut the tulle into strips.  Then once we were on our way, I turned those strips and the disk into this:

I have another disk sitting in my craft stash.  I think I will use red and white tulle and do a wreath for Christmas.
